Step 4  - Bedding Disposal

The used bedding can also be composted. It will break down much faster than other bedding materials. It is also an excellent soil amendment fully loaded with nutrients. You may get up to 2-months use from our Coco Bedding without adding any fresh bedding.
Additional benefits
Hair coat:  Trace amounts of natural oils in the bedding will make your horse’s coat silky.  It also cuts down on manure stains.

Hoof health:  The coir bedding will not compact in your horses’ hooves. It is easy to clean out, and it leaves the foot dry.

Flies:  We don’t know about other insects, but flies hate this stuff!  No more flies in your stall.

Dust: There is no dust flying around the stall. Great for horses with respiratory problems.
